We have assembled a group of talented, passionate team members who work seamlessly to provide an unmatched dining experience.  While our staff comes from a diversity of backgrounds one thing we all share in common is an unyielding interest and passion for delighting guests with the ultimate dining experience.

Our staff is a key ingredient in making us who we are as a restaurant.  The success of Bixby’s is a direct result of the efforts of this amazing group of people that work for us.  We are happy to have the chance to introduce them to you now!

CHEF DE CUISINE

After graduating high school, I relocated to San Francisco and landed a job at awarding winning Ernie's Restaurant. It was here that I honed my technical skills and worked under the tutelage of Chef Bruno Tison, a master in French Cuisine. After spending six (6) years in San Francisco, I accepted a position at the prestigious Turnberry Isle Resort & Club as Executive Sous Chef. I continued my career at The Breakers in Palm Beach, owning my own restaurant, Helen's Place, and Executive Chef at Busch's Grove.  In 2009 I joined the Butler’s Pantry team and am excited to be a part of Bixby’s and the entire Missouri History Museum Project.
